A 13-month-old Edmonton toddler died Saturday morning in a local hospital, two days after being admitted in critical condition. Homicide detectives charged a 44-year-old man with second-degree murder in the little boy’s death. 3 z* g6 n& Y/ C( z/ I8 C0 V# Z- @7 z
