A 13-month-old Edmonton toddler died Saturday morning in a local hospital, two days after being admitted in critical condition. Homicide detectives charged a 44-year-old man with second-degree murder in the little boy’s death. + O, Q- A4 B: ?4 Q# L

The accused man will appear in court on Monday. An autopsy is scheduled for Monday afternoon.
