A 13-month-old Edmonton toddler died Saturday morning in a local hospital, two days after being admitted in critical condition. Homicide detectives charged a 44-year-old man with second-degree murder in the little boy’s death. 1 f; ?4 m+ d% O- E; W- q0 w
