This is a nine month appointment, with the possibility of extension.

Duties
Supports a team that is responsible for developing and maintaining desktop and on-line applications using Oracle databases, Oracle tools (Forms and Reports 6i), and Java in various flavors
* }' @- K3 }) n5 j. lModifies forms and reports according to client specifications
  Q2 }3 R+ e/ T/ C. |$ E. J# bCreates and modifies web-based front ends using Java, JSP and Struts
/ J3 t+ X4 d  z/ H8 [, Z, T' P9 gAssists in the conversion of applications from older Oracle tools to an Oracle Application Server environment

8 G* p/ P- A5 A2 zB.Sc. in Computing Science; equivalent experience considered
Several years related experience in a similar environment
1 W, {; U7 f4 Q% ?# [# aKnowledge and experience in Java, JSP, Struts, Eclipse, Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Forms/Reports 6i
6 G/ U/ x. C  |  X, y  DKnowledge and exposure to Oracle Application Server Enterprise Edition 10g and Oracle Forms and Reports 10g would be a definite asset
Excellent communication (oral and written), organizational and time management skills, accuracy and attention to detail
4 R0 e0 }1 ^6 POutstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills, strong commitment to client service, and a professional and positive approach
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a highly dynamic, energetic and demanding team
