Manager of Human Resources is responsible for providing assistance to all staff and manage-$ j) O/ D3 T% T+ `' R
ment as it pertains to payroll, benefits, recruitment process, morale, and conflict resolution.% J% B. R% ^. B9 k: R3 @" R
The duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
! M5 r; W$ j& vŸ Assist Directors and management staff in the recruitment and selection of personnel into
4 O3 c- [ N2 Fthe organization;
, P0 J) [) l* pŸ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;
8 W5 ^/ [' e$ aŸ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical - A) o3 N3 M; n3 X0 F f4 c4 d
support;
6 k# Z9 a k! XŸ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and ' C) v3 n5 r+ m6 X8 G* x# i' r% g
implementing staff wellness programs;# D8 h$ Q ?% G) x' H
Ÿ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;
5 S# W' t$ i" f/ TŸ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;; V7 {, X; p; d( Q" x/ h
Ÿ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;6 s8 S+ e1 n' r; U6 M+ p6 u
Ÿ Other duties as required.

Ÿ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent 1 t3 _$ L, y1 ]! h9 @, W" ?/ c
education and experience;4 \) ?, d) Q3 \
Ÿ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;$ v$ W7 i- h8 ]: e( e% G# C$ {0 b
Ÿ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;% n& ^/ D3 |& P# m) S& E
Ÿ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both ) [/ Y+ [4 h% T/ V7 Z
verbal and written.
/ {! u' l/ [4 h d0 J4 S2 c) dLac La Biche County offers a comprehensive health and dental benefits package. Salary Range - _6 ^, |4 }. N
$71,690.77 - $88,789.06. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
