Lac La Biche County is hiring for the full-time position of Manager, Human Resources. The
5 {4 M/ Q8 m; o; Y8 n' U3 nManager of Human Resources is responsible for providing assistance to all staff and manage-
ment as it pertains to payroll, benefits, recruitment process, morale, and conflict resolution.
The duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Ÿ  Assist Directors and management staff in the recruitment and selection of personnel into
the organization;
Ÿ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;
Ÿ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical

Ÿ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and
; ?% }* o- k5 timplementing staff wellness programs;
7 i6 E: Z5 L2 Z7 q) Z4 n7 UŸ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;
1 u* I0 r/ N: B! q* e7 h. }Ÿ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;
Ÿ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;
Ÿ Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Ÿ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent
$ R; z2 i, O4 Z2 ?  Zeducation and experience;
, Y$ D8 K7 y. R9 AŸ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;
Ÿ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;
Ÿ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both
verbal and written.
Lac La Biche County offers a comprehensive health and dental benefits package.  Salary Range
3 K2 ^: g; w/ D( ?$71,690.77 - $88,789.06.  Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
