 Facilitate delivery of safe and supportive drop-in programming, while supervising youth.
1 a7 g6 O+ d+ T2 ]1 A5 q Coordinate food and recreational programs on and off-site.

 Completing required paperwork.

 Representing the Teen Centre in a professional manner.% S# z8 e" p: z
 Maintaining professional boundaries between clients and staff.6 v( @8 p0 |- s1 _8 f
 Provide additional support to the program as needed under the direction of the Program Manager.0 L. u7 h! Z8 _* p& p- s
 Reporting to the Program Manager on a Regular basis.

 Some post-secondary education needed OR a minimum 6 months related experience.
. V9 C8 H3 A- N" ` Strong interpersonal, communications, teamwork, leadership and organizational skills.
$ H( @) B3 ^7 ~/ C0 \4 d6 {7 ~ Non-judgemental and empathetic attitude towards high-risk youth.
# m- i! R K2 H9 ~3 E* s5 i Broad knowledge base on issues affecting high risk youth: latch key, addictions, abuse, Aboriginal and other cultures, poverty, sexuality, etc.2 ~; t0 e0 l. J. c) _9 ]3 i
 Knowledge of community resources.* v6 r/ M+ P( d
 Criminal Record Clearance and Child Welfare Information System Clearance.

This is a part-time position; 15hrs/week; with a combination of afternoons and one weekend shift per month; at an hourly rate of $12.50;
