 Facilitate delivery of safe and supportive drop-in programming, while supervising youth.

 Provide positive role-modeling and maintaining a healthy atmosphere for the youth.

 Attending scheduled staff meetings and workshops.

 Representing the Teen Centre in a professional manner.

 Strong interpersonal, communications, teamwork, leadership and organizational skills.8 m$ ~4 h- W/ e8 X. ~9 i5 Q
 Non-judgemental and empathetic attitude towards high-risk youth.
8 |* M7 ^5 U6 Y+ k' B Broad knowledge base on issues affecting high risk youth: latch key, addictions, abuse, Aboriginal and other cultures, poverty, sexuality, etc.
! t* |9 X4 x6 h9 o0 B Knowledge of community resources.+ q' l6 ^3 s6 H& s' U4 z+ O$ p
 Criminal Record Clearance and Child Welfare Information System Clearance.

Position:
+ n. c" A2 n, D# y# ~5 uThis is a part-time position; 15hrs/week; with a combination of afternoons and one weekend shift per month; at an hourly rate of $12.50;
