-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
; X6 V9 S( u% t9 u. p" o1 T-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
& e, s5 ^! b s7 h-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team' I7 v2 p; `9 v/ }6 {% ^- u& \
-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client
+ \# G2 V4 w1 w" S5 }) |: U-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception

-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience; ~5 _6 A2 i" b6 A% I% C
-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement ' G# X. e- E' C9 y( o9 d% O- z$ k
-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team
# s4 Y$ p8 `. s; P- \3 q-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one% h# J2 F% L- G0 F3 C
-Requires police security check at the expense of employee and child welfare check+ [9 I$ W' ^# d4 p
