-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
$ R8 `5 Z' W2 T1 c! N-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker# }/ g- L* P. _( l+ b+ r* {
-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team5 N/ G, ^7 i6 |3 [ r. _6 I0 x, ~8 P
-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client) l$ A/ ^1 R: A0 h) P5 }# W
-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception' _; I3 {5 _; O& g5 O
+ g" d* S% h% k, H+ @( K0 NQualifications:2 x6 d8 {8 z8 z- ?+ E( I$ G
-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience
: s; Y1 H R* r+ ^& ]/ A' a-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement
. S7 E* A& o( y5 }1 u7 P) i6 V-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team
; H/ o. u( _0 c2 o5 V; J& x-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one
! e4 }+ \1 ~2 B$ c0 L+ t6 M-Requires police security check at the expense of employee and child welfare check
