Job Description
0 t# c; C8 T, U0 f% h+ ]•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
: Z" V3 b, T  ~( ^" T: {/ }•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
6 v/ Z1 T' [! K0 A* j, F  y•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
) \+ t* f8 z6 ?3 u7 ]  n•        Serve food and beverages
' y2 Z# p) O6 U' T•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
* |% n9 |* |- Q; T& H•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Employment requirements
. E* m3 j, m( \% e( W7 O•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player

& ]* q/ X  L% b7 T2 H( C•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
