  P* N8 j$ h  _+ ^7 X" w•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
: T; n( I: H3 h5 d" c1 n•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
& l% b6 W' t2 t6 e2 v6 n) |•        Serve food and beverages

2 j6 w' f. `& @•        Banquet room set up/tear down

/ Q3 w% u3 u& w8 ]•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Employment requirements
8 q5 q! f4 x6 H* O: A•        Completion of secondary school is required
; C$ N" x( V! D9 @/ u+ o•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
1 ^) ^1 P& S$ V•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
0 x- L) e: i  q+ ?# l# E2 G2 Z•        Strong interpersonal skills
4 M' `2 g1 O( I5 M4 _•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
