- Checking guests in/out
6 J& S8 m1 C6 j' r/ l" f- Answering guest inquiries regarding hotel services
- e8 T5 ^# d& c# Z: U/ [0 |- Provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests' complaints
, C! o1 y- w$ @: x: a7 {- Answering telephone calls and handling/ balancing cash
; S3 x. l! ]1 E5 m0 X9 J- Balance credit card machine

- Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems 9 O2 _$ }+ v4 w9 B1 f `
- Present statements of charges to departing guests and receive payment4 u8 a0 P+ m; E) c( o# F8 C' R* S& a
- Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and Safety Standards Y2 R q3 o" v. h) h# p6 z8 ]6 F

Skills/Requirements:& q0 b# o% q) @, Q: c$ l0 q8 Z; v
- Completion of High School: e) l# j3 Z4 C% q
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
" g0 S+ x/ A* k" x% a- Good computer skills
1 d( H4 G! e2 t/ l6 k% S8 k3 W- Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a high pressure, high volume environment! `6 ?, \1 [' w& B* e* v+ F
- Minimum 1 year experience, strong guest service skills
