Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first / {, W! E" h4 J t+ w
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
" t! t3 }# u4 [7 _2 j6 h. tEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
5 x) q' |5 u! L6 L( |9 fyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
- ~: h" T/ c( v0 s& j5 E2 z6 T yin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You 7 Q- G4 J1 n* l: h1 ]6 O& S
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, 8 C: s& k+ `; R4 B8 \- g4 I
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
: g6 X$ Q& q4 D+ c) | Naccountable to the project coordinator.

0 @; _ I2 W& M# d M) OThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
, X# V0 U" P, b, a9 rschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is 4 F/ E& |9 e& G

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills % d; [& M% q0 l2 ]- @
Keen ability to organize and lead

1 p' J9 c, w+ m: SRelate well with other youth and adults

Salary
