services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing 9 J; W/ h+ V% x

6 {1 e7 ?% E0 f* UTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
$ n' ]& D+ z: @hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth 7 K& Q" x5 y& @1 {/ g# j
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
% L8 E# V/ C @& t7 r6 n8 ~youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
8 [4 \+ s( G8 a0 r$ zin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You " x7 o6 }+ e8 d1 V# U% l; q1 C
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
( N) |, Q5 K$ x0 Nbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be $ ?, m0 E4 J. k6 [7 x5 T$ s/ S
accountable to the project coordinator. * ?# [+ |3 n3 V. C# z3 `. U
4 \" U' X; z$ v- j' \5 [+ h# x* P8 q
The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own 8 j9 F0 i0 _0 V# D7 p. W \
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
9 n* N" Z, Y- z. H1 M; Gdesirable.

. t4 G; P6 `9 Q7 ~5 P# j18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills & v, b) _: L* b
Keen ability to organize and lead 9 k' F9 a8 V' O% j
Regular attendance at meetings 8 k5 P% [5 D8 b# N& |; o
Relate well with other youth and adults
