) n8 G& b' O& Z$ D- sTagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
; O: j. y  L/ p* Rtheir development.

# Y) Z: e$ T% }0 b! y& qTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
8 h1 b* S: p2 o1 thand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
9 K; E0 s! P% g3 ?0 Z9 k* g, FEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
9 O/ O0 z; k3 L. @0 u1 r  Dare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
1 d0 Y9 l8 R# F+ Rbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
- y; V/ {  m: K6 a3 daccountable to the project coordinator.

The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
# m/ ^( s& C3 l8 J) Gschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
3 D- C6 }! ~- e; L  C- l3 Y" pdesirable.

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
1 A- V4 ?: q+ E! {" }3 \Keen ability to organize and lead
# b! g: n% `; m  s9 kRegular attendance at meetings  
Relate well with other youth and adults
Willing to be mentored and trained
& O5 s) Y3 M/ p' ]
Salary  
/ E& o, d! {9 V, f4 t- R/ l: U$15 per hour plus benefits
