  H7 ?* y3 d) u7 k. [2 Q& YTagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
/ O  B" m6 R: ~7 y/ @7 i' ]7 [their development.
' S6 w9 v- N# _, w6 h2 ]5 M
Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
6 y7 M& ?" z8 R; ]2 Q8 p6 fhand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
3 o$ R3 j! _4 C' OEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
' ]0 S' A7 g" z8 Kyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
' i7 O7 e. v# d: u# a3 ]are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
' A# `+ S; C- c- W  ebalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
& [( {. X! k7 G9 gaccountable to the project coordinator.

7 a# n7 V* s5 WThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
& h  ~3 x9 O7 @4 T3 u/ e* B/ @desirable.

& E2 R2 g0 H( ^1 NQualifications  
18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
Keen ability to organize and lead
Regular attendance at meetings  
Relate well with other youth and adults
# z' R2 M  F/ eWilling to be mentored and trained

Salary  
5 B( t! \" e* i) X4 E! A$15 per hour plus benefits
