- `" U' q. @2 K1 \4 oservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing ! R$ F& o. r- c- P0 p6 o& _9 V0 @
their development.

9 f3 n' H# _; O, g( }- zTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
9 d- r) F: z# r5 L& |hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth & S! G2 O" o, n6 {/ u4 E8 j" r
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a ) N" B: _- C6 l; `
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved 8 t3 S4 k" ~& X( \# S+ }' A7 G! U* s
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You ( p, n% ^ U6 a5 R
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
: @ p0 N' K$ }4 w9 ubalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be ; }) S/ [2 [8 c0 ~8 {4 }
accountable to the project coordinator.
/ O) G# o# y% y, ?: A3 d3 m . D9 q9 v( a5 E9 F. R
The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own $ h0 d, K6 Q* D! g# e; q- w
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is ' i4 Z2 f7 a2 l8 P: F( v! H! o" M
desirable. 6 e1 |8 E) {- _5 b

Qualifications
+ m4 G7 V, [. V) A6 T& H18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills
3 [+ W4 W* K, m1 `Keen ability to organize and lead
9 m/ p5 l+ W' E5 B3 FRegular attendance at meetings % a; K* W: Q' ^% }2 Z" O9 o, l
Relate well with other youth and adults
