The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. & l! ?. I6 s5 d3 F

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.6 { y. u0 K# D8 ^1 t& O

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required5 Z& y0 T! C) z3 S
• Answer multi line telephone system

• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads
! k$ R$ y- s" L9 C• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits0 X1 d/ ~# E- {1 B. A" N
• Input and manage high volume of data
, Q0 R& Q- _. b+ O4 I• Update and maintain databases' Y& |4 [3 v4 H" i" g, c% |" P
• Generate monthly reports and statistics
+ u2 \: S6 @- ^ {3 a6 J• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation
# B1 G; O# b+ e; k• Process payments and complete weekly deposits
4 m( R; z& V1 L J) k• Write and revise business correspondence and forms
' ?4 g7 \ ?* R. x n• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors' O0 A. N* ~* ?9 g1 H$ ]2 D8 S! D
• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre

Qualifications:2 Z- Y; y3 z* f/ g- o1 _4 k8 G
, o) P* i! b" R! x• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure
3 ]0 H6 Q, D0 D• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS ; S8 v( T }% A
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills- z5 D/ h0 s0 Y3 P) ]+ d
• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work
& Y$ k; f6 C% l• Able to interact positively with a diverse population7 s' E6 k' L, K" b: C
• Strong customer service skills
