The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. & W& t/ `$ D1 P. I* ?7 D' Q

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.

Reception:
- {9 Q6 _( B1 _• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required2 x0 Y# ?! I3 A
• Answer multi line telephone system

• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads
2 z3 _7 e) w; M/ l4 H( d5 Z n• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits
: g0 ]; G: D; a8 t! F* R- W• Input and manage high volume of data
% Z3 f; i3 g: K# p• Update and maintain databases
# }) C6 T2 H, c C$ `• Generate monthly reports and statistics
) d0 y0 s" J+ z! ]5 v5 a* J9 o1 J• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation
7 f% A( S- C) Y" p$ H0 @• Process payments and complete weekly deposits
+ Z" X/ y! }' J• Write and revise business correspondence and forms
5 O- }$ T- [. k( X• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors
% m8 M, x' L6 T; l• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre
1 e0 z' ?" z# d) v! M• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients9 _9 o4 Z9 w7 r$ o

• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure
% b6 X0 {9 J1 J• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS 0 j) z( [6 f* X. c
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills/ \2 k/ C# \: Y* p% `- i' \
• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work0 P/ g0 p, j" x" B
• Able to interact positively with a diverse population
