 Provide positive role-modeling and maintaining a healthy atmosphere for the youth.

 Attending scheduled staff meetings and workshops.

 Maintaining confidentiality of client and program personnel information.

 Non-judgemental and empathetic attitude towards high-risk youth.
) c/ u( z3 o) Y9 R6 T) A Broad knowledge base on issues affecting high risk youth: latch key, addictions, abuse, Aboriginal and other cultures, poverty, sexuality, etc.
* R$ Q' y3 X5 n: Q* g1 @6 b Knowledge of community resources.
" ]' o( f. l% U2 S0 g3 x% R9 J Criminal Record Clearance and Child Welfare Information System Clearance.
# Y% ]% v0 e! F3 M9 M Standard First Aid and Suicide Intervention Training.

Position:
! Y* z- U- w: Y# B3 tThis is a part-time position; 15hrs/week; with a combination of afternoons and one weekend shift per month; at an hourly rate of $12.50;
