* r; S% [) R* t/ E% a9 W7 o3 y9 oI don't see  why not. but CGI as I feel is not a GREAT place to work, salary wise. but they always have great project to get great experience.  I think they still need .NET developers for some projects, but not for our project now.

It is a consulting company, right? it will be a big concern for them whether or not they can put you in front of their client. so, YES, english will be a pretty important criteria.
