"This is simply adding it to our set of solutions," Rick Millican, general manager of transportation, said. "Council is not saying if they approve it, put a school zone everywhere someone wants on.8 Q2 `) N: p( B) p

The city hasn't used reduced speed limits around schools for more than 20 years.

"People are in a hurry, people are stressed out, they forget the speed limit and our children are very at risk when they are going to these places," she said.
