& Q. _$ f% Z% FClifton Associates Ltd. currently has a career opportunity for an intermediate/senior geotechnical engineer with 8-10 years experience in our Edmonton office.

Responsibilities
■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.
- F- T' q  E& M( ?  A9 T; j( S. V+ v1 z■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.
! {7 Q) s! g6 f" F; u■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships
Experience and Education:
■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.
, G6 l( N: [. h# d/ J■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.
9 p5 E2 m( w* l8 P& e- O■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.
■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;
■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;
■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.
. m- g7 y- |% @■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.
■Must be eligible for registration with APEGGA.
