■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.
0 Q0 e7 A3 Y$ B) `7 D% t! } Z' J■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.
/ X: A6 \& _+ j7 a' d0 H■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships$ W1 K* D' ]' Y3 |+ S
Experience and Education: M+ b$ l6 W. ^
■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.- d! W6 m3 F" f; ?6 A
■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.) ?+ q& a0 _$ i; H: v+ M `
■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.( G8 T9 e6 z: T8 U6 c; P a
■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;
( F: h2 O9 i! d4 U/ z7 q, ]: Y■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;
0 D1 q6 |2 Y6 n( B$ A" }- o3 F■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.
