I'm finishing the basement by myself and need to apply basement building permit. I was wondering how much I should claim my basement building value. If I say 5000 $ which pay less inspection fee, does it affect the resale value of my house later? or I say 10000$, pay more inspection fee and property tax now. / J% H" D. {$ x; o8 c! d5 ?$ @* A
