Assists with the creation and implementation of computer software as directed by the project management team (includes leading edge machine learning techniques, robot control, gaming and simulation)2 X) e2 D' a* \( F+ \
Provides techical support to end-users as directed and is responsible for ensuring end-user usability and satisfaction when required
# O$ a/ y: A+ qPerforms other general programiming tasks such as building GUI (graphical user interfaces) front ends, etc. as directed6 X6 ?* V7 v! ~7 s
Performs related tasks as needed

Demonstrated work experience with Web programming and scripting tools such as PHP and Perl, and mySQL database design and management; knowledge of MatLab, Weka and CVS repository system preferred
* g6 A! ~$ ?* nSolid knowledge of microcomputer operating systems (Windows XP as well as Unix/Linux); experience in other domains (Bioinformatics, electronic entertainment, ecommerce) an asset; Dynamic programming an asset5 r: a# V* e+ T$ j3 ?* w" M
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies preferred+ V( ?# h$ f* C
Familiarity with object orientated analysis and design and project life-cycle methodologies is a benefit$ A7 O+ X( L- @/ f2 u
