Assists with the creation and implementation of computer software as directed by the project management team (includes leading edge machine learning techniques, robot control, gaming and simulation)1 J4 \0 N Q3 i( p% V! [4 o A
Provides techical support to end-users as directed and is responsible for ensuring end-user usability and satisfaction when required9 ^7 J2 b0 j& W' d, L
Performs other general programiming tasks such as building GUI (graphical user interfaces) front ends, etc. as directed

Demonstrated work experience with Web programming and scripting tools such as PHP and Perl, and mySQL database design and management; knowledge of MatLab, Weka and CVS repository system preferred
0 n2 H3 l6 O( F# a1 S+ H/ B7 N. L2 rSolid knowledge of microcomputer operating systems (Windows XP as well as Unix/Linux); experience in other domains (Bioinformatics, electronic entertainment, ecommerce) an asset; Dynamic programming an asset
