协议有效期？

有个问题请教：

+ x# a0 k9 _1 G/ s- D% v如与REALTOR 签一个协议 买（SELL）我的house。 90天后 协议到期， 但还是 没有 买出去，
8 t7 F  ^$ m5 l# L/ w: x
0 i& P7 N2 y0 W一般 多长时间 自己 不能买？

( P0 {7 s0 l* l是不是 新法 已允许 自己买 AFTER THE AGREEMENT EXPIRED(IE 90DAYS)？ 好像有个 新的规定， 只要协议到期 就可以自己买了？

协议结束后你可以自己卖房.但是,
2 k1 [! t0 O4 F0 f+ n! F1 [. n1 _看看你的协议里有没有COOL DOWN的时间, 一般是卖房协议结束后1个月-3个月.  COOL DOWN时间内售出的话, 仍然算是你的REALTOR帮你卖的,你仍要付REALTOR费.
, V8 D/ }) o# u; h- m# j所以,如果你顺利卖自己卖出, 你在签卖房合同时, 一定要把签字时间放到COOL DOWN时间之后.

协议上写得有的.协议到期后60天里买了,都要付agent fee.
