the building quality is more rely on the site supervisor instead of the company. at the time when I build my house, I had two site supervisor and they are totally different. the first one was really bad, you can not get hold of him, the schedule was delayed, etc, the second one was superior, and he even volunteer to fix something he sees unfit even it passed city inspection.
in terms of service, I would suggest those small builders,

部分同意。

关于building quality，公司对site supervisor 的工作有具体要求。执行不执行是另外一回事。如果公司本身没有设定规章，单凭site supervisor的个人素质，质量很难保障。房子质量还和采用的建筑材料，雇用的tradeperson 有关。

Service, 我不懂，为什么小公司的服务更好？公司小，可能雇佣的售后服务人员就少。当然他们想扩大业务，主观意识上会更重视客户的要求。哪些公司属于小公司呢？

基本同意，但parkwood得质量要在这几位后面。

对于customer builder，结论是：越贵的越好。
对于jayman/landmark这类“批量高产量“的承包商，结论是：都是一样的。
