Responsibilities:
P* r6 }( _5 d. @1 {Working as part of a team, this teaching and learning specialist will:
- K5 ^9 q4 N. x5 y( e: u6 Q. Z Provide research and writing in the development of an online Blended Learning Model.
& e; j h9 A0 }9 e' ? Participate in initiatives of the Curriculum Development and Faculty Support.$ c7 O* l+ `) e4 G+ K3 ?! O$ \
 Work in partnership with a Content Expert to develop an online curriculum in Moodle. 1 @: l7 }4 M- S: d2 U
Qualifications:; l# F i( \- j- b, n. }6 K6 q
A Bachelor’s Degree in Education with teaching experience including experience in curriculum development. Some teaching experience in a post-secondary environment is desirable. A high level of knowledge in faculty support, instructional techniques, and/or designing and delivering online learning materials is required. A strong commitment to superior customer service and to a high quality teaching and learning environment as well as excellent skills in project management, consulting, and facilitation are essential. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered. |
