Job Description/Main Duties:
7 Y- C9 G7 q: H* ]9 b- Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
& n; ?& u& E7 ]( ?$ b- Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
$ `# y6 R, k, i& z- Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
1 c4 h" q4 ?; n' D3 d- Sell merchandise to customers 2 B$ r, m! q% U+ }
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages % ^+ i( B; w% c! D% I( ]. C6 b0 H7 G1 i
- Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
9 O! F6 X- O6 B: @- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters $ Q1 |2 q& A/ ?" l, V2 L1 g$ g1 c z
- Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

T1 q% ?( x) z6 v% g- Completion of secondary school is required
) g$ j" C/ o' i$ ~; r- At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
