Wages: $16.00 per hour, 40 hrs weekly, rotational shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Description/Main Duties:
8 I; F* A3 n" B2 B-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
) ]# U8 J; Z  T! }% a* a" \  G6 j-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
! z! L, K; K" R& j9 D-        Sell merchandise to customers
" n/ H3 I2 R1 |) d-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

-        Completion of secondary school is required
, e7 R3 z! I- C5 n-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
0 H0 A, x9 f  L! F-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
