7 A- j8 m/ V$ I; p-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
0 j; H7 |5 M5 z) ~4 \+ S6 P-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
9 W- y! M+ |/ [5 j  u5 c: z-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
  L! ~$ _) f9 P, a-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:
1 |) }7 D0 N7 s! H) [  t: y
-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
! c6 q% C% b! Q; T-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
