) T& e \* ?7 d2 X I am going to buy a car, but when I am going to pay today. I notice that the title on the registration is " leased vehicle". Then I asked the seller and he told me he has paid off the lease, but he has not updated the info with the registry. I have not paid him yet. So I just wonder if # ~1 Q( x4 b& k7 _) M3 \
he needs to update the title with the registry first before I buy it?
