F8 z t. O+ u* i0 H

It's under your cost to add railing for the 3 steps leading to the front verandar. However, your builder is responsible for the railing in the verandar area (if you floor plan has this)

What is the building code for front stairs that require handrail in a residential area? ; t$ N% [7 S8 R 0 I! u3 L2 S$ E2 w/ T) FAnswer:3 v1 o* g. Z% A& m c
The exterior stairs on a residential home require a handrail if there are more than three risers. Three risers would be three steps total. If there are more than three risers one handrail is required.
You've said your's is 上面写了:Finished Grade Front: 85.60 3RISE@DOOR. % m' ~* u$ ^' e0 q5 Y3 s, h. r9 j. Q) w+ V9 `* W
so I think it's 3 steps. 7 A. T3 I! u% S- n* z8 k7 Y Q: `% V/ Y8 W7 v* F
