想问问大家买房的一般20年到30年之间的都拿到了什么好RATE
有什么讲价经验可以传授的么
本人第一次着手准备买房
手忙脚乱无从下手
不想找代理费用较高

you can find a mortgage agency, they will not going to charge you, they just charge the lender. Mortgage agency always can give you a rate better than you just go to talk with bank mortgage specilist.
