This position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

8 F4 {# x& H% h5 O- gDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
. D  |- I( y7 V7 Y; ]•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
3 h5 W! p( C8 B6 B1 H5 k& U, r•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
7 G( {: `' |  a6 ?•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
# F- f3 W" M0 z+ V- g$ Q•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
# e7 g/ s& a8 I  T, O3 W- l- i! u•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
! E3 T* ?' Y( |: _•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
& N* S& l2 P+ D8 k5 x5 k•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
) n4 B3 l; c. m% h1 L•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
