FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

2 X5 s& W$ G- {4 b1 oDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
( J0 ]% l) S2 E: w•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
; H* n8 ^# J- |) K•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
1 _$ O& ?* x- v3 W" F. l•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.

•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
