5 i' o" c7 I2 g" ^' ]% e9 q  gThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

9 ^1 v. V9 n0 zDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

. f: a4 A3 \- Q: ?SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
5 u1 ^* q7 L  _) u•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
9 E# N- ~+ J3 o0 x5 L4 Q4 l# d9 k' A•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
/ k$ Q, m/ D/ H•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
