FUNCTION:
' o7 o! g! v" a  y$ v# u# }. GThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

! g" F9 c8 a( I  |' D) WDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
, h( F8 ?, ~' t; a•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
% [6 ^; c$ t5 x1 l, Y•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

; c5 d  ]3 x" [4 T6 b7 FSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
5 A% p7 X( \( M, i- y9 c•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
% u: I  ?2 L$ c7 d* B5 x0 e1 H6 C: P•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
