An arrest has been made in connection to the death of a York University student last week.* y" ^. R2 y6 c7 h$ p$ ^$ A# U5 ^0 r3 h

Police charged Brian Dickson, 29, with first-degree murder in connection to the suspicious death of Qian Liu.

; D# G8 }2 ^- \" a9 r- k6 R6 [The 23-year-old was found dead in her basement apartment late last week. 2 y& v. Q9 g* B6 Z
9 ]- `$ _& f h& j! ]In a brief news conference Wednesday, police announced that Dickson had been arrested, but appealed to media not to publish his photo.
