Position: Maintenance Coordinator / Salary Scale: $18.43 to $23.32 per hour. Accountability: The position reports to the Manager of Housing.4 ^$ J2 S: ~+ k& C& q- l6 u
0 x! E- R9 O* o9 ^% }Position Abstract: performance of general & specialized building/ground maintenance tasks and projects. This position is responsible to manage and maintain a preventive maintenance program at several locations Part-time to Full-Time.

E, i8 N( N* y R8 pManagement Responsibilities: In association with the Manager of Housing, develops/prepares goals & objectives and related budgets regarding building maintenance; Monitors and approves maintenance operational expenditures in relation to budgets; Supervises the execution of major maintenance projects outlined within the annual budget; Assist staff in maintenance planning and operational matters.+ p# u% S# i; l4 Y1 V
5 Z# W( ~ Z1 N, m V4 o, p8 jMaintenance Responsibilities: General building maintenance repairs to electrical, plumbing, heating and mechanical systems; Inspects and monitors life safety equipment/systems; Participates in annual suite and building inspections; Coordinates and supervises outside contractors and/or trades persons as required; Reviews, assess, coordinate and ensures completion of work in vacant suite(s).
