请问：牛奶金申请的等候时间

请问各位大师，从申请牛奶金到发下来大约要等候多长时间？我3月底申请的，现在没动静。另外，10个月前短登过加拿大一二周对今年申请牛奶金有影响吗？

可是上个月已经有个税务局的人打电话来我家问我啥时候登陆什么的信息了，我以为会很快就能发下来……

我在网上看到说，每个月20日才是发牛奶金的日子，所以你等到这个20日以后再看看，而且牛奶金的网站上说，你如果没有收到牛奶金，要等到20日过了5天以后，再联系他们。
