Duties & Responsibilities: % ?; w. b" d2 R7 ^; Q( q2 J1 k
§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers 2 b: p* i% r9 F. K
§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
7 f+ l: p4 J8 `0 n§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
+ O8 W& U" c" K( E. T' H, E9 G0 m4 h§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis / H7 O: _" _- t8 ?6 f2 T+ o# ? O

Preferred Education & Qualifications:
1 T( U% R& y6 z, |# f% i§ High School Diploma
- u( L# M. V* i% F& Z, S§ Valid Drivers License : y/ P; y! W4 t/ [9 N$ @' t
§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role 5 \" d) k1 t1 Z% T/ s6 u( D. }
§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge " D* S t9 \$ J5 i
§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
; V! u% V: ^% `3 ^; ]§ Ability to use computers
7 n, i& x- l# p" G# j$ p0 n* Y§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
