§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers ; x3 Z/ s" M8 s' L: t
§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
6 f. c- A- P1 v$ |5 b A+ p§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
3 a w" I e. G) G k§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

§ Valid Drivers License

§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge 7 Y8 ?2 |. q z1 A
§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills

§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
