Position Summary:
        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
5 Y! C( K! `; P9 v8 a# V•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
+ y) e- b/ o0 K# Z" y* l•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
5 ~' ]5 D1 i0 O; y6 p3 K  B/ m•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing
/ l0 V) o# J+ E4 U, A/ x$ h! X
Preferred Qualifications
+ ~( ?# U0 g$ b& d- s) X•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
' p& r0 g. f( |/ w. N$ E5 m* T•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
