        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

8 e" ]! t( O6 p; TResponsibilities
) z6 d: O7 \/ s•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
: U% R' x4 ~* ~4 G% s  q7 P- v•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
/ B8 z1 s! n/ ]  S3 b3 F) ]•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
•        Experience in project management & report writing
8 U0 x: t. o, G" j4 i•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
