Position Summary:
; L1 `; _5 q% b9 V' Q; h        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
0 ]; l6 f  j  Q( ^9 G" l•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
0 @2 S3 O2 r/ Q- P: \•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
7 }2 c  U  t1 A  j•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
) M3 ~8 z5 o$ f- E3 B•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

' w; Y6 z: U  e( k- f4 |Preferred Qualifications
•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
  I& q- p  C9 O3 x0 E  ?8 [5 [6 L•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
