Position Summary:
        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
/ s3 ], o' W: Q•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
6 [6 }5 p- R" p# ]) G•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
; k8 n8 Y9 I, `. J! s. |•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
