" O6 D! C9 Z+ O3 V! u她家waitinglist很短，但是要100块的waitlist fee。

+ o" x6 O* z" N8 c$ n3 Q还有一般1～2岁的daycare，平均一个老师带几个学生？ 4个算多还是少？

30(1)   Subject to this section, a licence holder for a day care centre must ensure that the following minimum primary staff member to children ratios, and the maximum number of children who may be included in a group, in the day care centre are in effect at all times:
