Over last decade, I have used many window upgrade companies. Here are some of my suggestions:6 O- O* G6 q! q2 ]3 @
- You really need triple-pane windows ,not only for the sound proof, but for the Edmonton winter. The price is not much differnt from double-pane but the performance almost doubled;5 O$ h: |1 R7 l% D
- I have tried many brands of windows, Hometech, Economic Windows, All-Weather windows, Jeldwen (by Home Depot). The best would be Hometech. All-weather is also good but the price is too high lately. I just had one big bay-window by Economic Windows in this April. Looks great but don't know how good for the real winter.% W, U( U$ O3 ^ G0 `, K m- `+ B) g
- Stay away from craps like Durabuilt or Sunrise Windows. Cheap stuff.
