. s/ u5 D2 h& J- hCamp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
Time:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
*might work in other time in some specific days

Duties:
7 [) q" X5 q& A+ WTo assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:

 Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
 Take attendance if available
 Provide positive modelling to youth
+ |: u1 d) ]# h/ I2 a: @ Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
; b& Z9 E5 X' C$ T+ H Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
  g! F, U  h3 X& m Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
 Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
$ |0 F; ~5 y; N+ G7 q Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
& w0 W; K) o/ f( [$ z Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
 Assist in program planning/design
 Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

Attitude/Skills Requirements

- R3 i' T+ }: C2 c+ A5 S0 V6 j Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
8 J! V8 M% v% H5 I* \$ Z) L Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
 A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
( _+ x: Y! ^1 ^- S8 D. `( g Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
- ~+ d/ T% B" `% B# Z# y- ? Able to work independently with minimum supervision
( V$ ]% |. u- }; U2 i Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
 Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
/ r! ^/ Y. u- z( w Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
