Position:        Youth Leader
3 [7 E' B6 w2 T. Q$ t, {1 ~Duration of Commitment:Summer T.A.N.G. Youth Program
" M' L$ @1 `. b  m/ ~8 eCamp 1 – July 04 – July 14
Camp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
Time:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
  h* V8 Y' F" c$ G) \*might work in other time in some specific days

* \+ I2 C6 a8 v; LDuties:
To assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:

 Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
 Take attendance if available
1 l$ _9 s" f" P' U+ f, O# D+ G2 V Provide positive modelling to youth
 Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
 Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
" Q9 V3 Q# t8 x/ Z Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
( l# v! d  z7 W& Z6 h) a  p( \2 { Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
0 \! ]: I- J# T# i8 w4 T- M Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
2 `# R& S2 b: s+ ^" G5 w* o; U Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
' o1 c1 U& W& g2 k' [0 N: K" T Assist in program planning/design
 Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

 Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
 Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
# W, l' H$ n! n# z A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
 Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
" A" Q: V( w+ t5 ?, {( e3 o Able to work independently with minimum supervision
* \- q. G% c1 n0 O" l! t8 V% e Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
 Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
: v0 \7 {% K% B+ [( q* e! Z Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
