2, buy mud flaps sepcific for your vehicle, should comes with detailed instruction. Dont buy universal flaps, they are knock offs9 R9 g& U; ~/ i2 O) Q% h
3, yes, it called "paint sealer", a very soft and gentel wax. But dont polish " Q; D) a K0 G6 G- W4 a+ x4, yes, especially off roading
