Role/Function:
) q: j0 y8 u* n. t" {The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in9 ^! L4 y! `/ i2 U1 Z) _! e
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining) [2 O7 y/ R7 Z# V: N- O

Responsibilities:8 Q' ~* o9 L1 k7 @6 l" k i/ i. Y
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
' t7 _; h; M* p& G· Verify pricing and availability of product;
5 R$ D- k: ~# e' y: Y5 g Z· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
. v6 F" a8 _% ?# e: b$ i' R6 v% U· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
, y4 F! A7 h3 K' o- o· Collect payments for cash account orders;
: `+ V, F1 A; {5 d· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;2 S0 w2 M: y: q" q
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;- r. E0 Y; P0 A0 n# n' @# X) y/ b# N
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate8 X' r" ~/ D/ n- h# {, E
database;
1 T& Y) E" P; j! z8 P* U1 ^' {5 F· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;" U5 h4 s8 J& W: {
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
- n& p. y. \2 N2 n3 ]· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
5 w# K: N% @ ~; [$ BQualifications/Requirements:# [# S' m/ P0 t8 s9 F1 @
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
/ u7 v! g; M% P4 tlasting relationships with customers;) @, v6 q( T. c+ q! O
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;9 ]& i. }2 d' I: b# P/ s7 ]
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
. S* ^5 q" Q$ F; H· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;- m W5 C8 B* n5 U. u
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);% {; ~: a/ q: I9 _: Y
