The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
) C4 L# Q3 ~' a& O4 `* operson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining
- h9 g  [' ]. Y/ E8 Y3 Frelationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet

Responsibilities:
$ g/ d8 r& `% d& q; ~· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
( l  P0 D1 H5 p- ~3 W· Verify pricing and availability of product;* y2 X( a( x0 y' e: l9 [$ B, N
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
1 l# K5 D: ?8 V* j· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
! y0 Q# ?& t( {/ @( }- Q# w- f  h· Collect payments for cash account orders;" n1 q$ f* V& t+ t# D
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;( `0 S) M. Q" Q' W9 v
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
, S2 i3 _$ q& X  z' w· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
5 @" G$ w- w. e" |4 q0 \$ [5 Udatabase;
# S6 i! z" @0 o  J! |( M3 o* ?  n· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;, P5 N" B& b1 O* _
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;& B( ?' l% m- t( S5 B
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
/ \* T! D8 Z6 `; q6 tQualifications/Requirements:
0 O' y5 {* l9 K# ^& G3 D% g· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
6 s& R" Z. r- [$ Flasting relationships with customers;4 @! p: c2 U$ ^5 @
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;$ y* D* ^2 s* ?" f( P/ E4 y$ b9 m
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
& u$ Q+ Z3 N  E( y3 m/ _) e3 t· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;7 B# _/ C) [6 a$ P
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
/ T# t- g& l4 K· Excellent organizational skills;
