The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
& R! \# e$ R4 j/ d A$ S: operson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining
/ U( T. [! D+ crelationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet

2 Z2 b# ~9 q6 Q3 ]- g. K4 X+ W· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
! v3 v9 @! c A( V5 Z· Verify pricing and availability of product;
) W5 k) U! y b+ o· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
/ l3 v; O0 R' N& ]% j· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
, _: ~. \- o8 H5 a- M: j# v o( B9 w· Collect payments for cash account orders;' i( F. Z3 I+ Z1 n8 E' @
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;6 ^% W* |$ J% l
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;2 @5 z- i) t0 ]9 }8 X& l1 d) P
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
+ Q8 u6 }5 ~8 W3 d Udatabase;
6 K5 U4 V3 Y6 U9 F u8 i8 V5 ^: F· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;3 C5 K& W" p9 o5 `; y8 m( n
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;3 A+ f( n' m7 w0 y* W# z
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;( M7 [9 F8 K1 C
Qualifications/Requirements:* g0 M6 H, k& s5 V
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain4 ~- c0 E) \$ Q3 u- ]
lasting relationships with customers;
2 h- D t5 m+ y' I! V4 j· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
) F" g: ?1 m7 J· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;6 H" ?! W! d. b* A- M
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;" P5 z7 E' t) z, o$ G
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
