The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
8 k% R. g9 w% g. ]) k) d" K; V- cperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

Responsibilities:
+ K+ \) W, Z: ^* f3 Y+ _: N) o· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
% v/ \8 _! W3 I# K& r0 r# g- H· Verify pricing and availability of product;
, Z6 \ O) o4 r· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
* v4 ~( R2 r5 _5 s· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;( f' \2 ^! w3 E) P
· Collect payments for cash account orders; Y8 s* r/ u1 F" v
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
. H( ?# q; i3 a$ w3 y) K· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
1 W2 j- j# |4 h% T# k· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate

· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
: Q0 L8 g& R5 J! m& E· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;( \$ l2 {( j# a' K
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
0 ~' T0 D. ~# C( OQualifications/Requirements:
) L8 } v: C3 O, s1 F( u· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
" W7 j! t: C5 Q1 A* M+ S0 blasting relationships with customers;
+ r( u4 e% v4 O% e+ [" D· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;% ^! F" K( U( y ^
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;' B, z, m1 U* r: }( Y
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
y: m1 G h9 y· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
+ D3 L# `; ~, G' t· Excellent organizational skills;8 x- z0 a9 n+ r2 Z1 y+ o
