Role/Function:
B# B( m2 G! t: y* `The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in8 x( e$ s7 ]4 X; `: G6 q+ ?
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining4 Q/ u% P/ t U {" k1 j% U

Responsibilities:! R% [3 x; i2 B7 b5 {/ C, c
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;6 [5 l4 }; h o2 b* v, d/ x1 A( p
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
7 Z: d" |* A1 s5 [9 \: b5 [4 g· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;: B4 W( [) A* D, w, @# z3 @3 W
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
& o; _& u7 ]7 o" E· Collect payments for cash account orders;

· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
, L5 Z1 R" {/ b) x o· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate0 Z9 ]7 V4 ?+ \( ^. P" @/ K
database;: z5 R9 L) @; ]+ h3 F, z5 ]
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;

· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;+ o; Z, D7 A7 L0 ]* W
Qualifications/Requirements:
! ]+ _5 F! |- R! n# [5 V· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
9 N0 ^6 Y4 n2 Y- rlasting relationships with customers;
% {. e* v* q6 A2 u" T# n3 z· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;2 b% l/ ^1 a* q. V% @) Y& X6 t
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;5 X$ S7 M4 k5 f; n& q- a! S g
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
6 ~' X2 z5 z. u· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
