可能最后无论哪个政策都是失败的。不过，一个有细节的政策将来容易被监督。

* H/ ?) s5 b0 ^" B5 O这我同意。以前说过，我是支持野玫瑰的。但如果非要在PC里面选一个，恐怕我不会选择Gary。过去这几年他是主管医疗的，而医疗管的并不好。也许可以辩解说他不是一把手，没有办法。但他上台后掣肘一样的多。

现在需要马的忽悠功夫， 给出局的3位利诱威胁， 胡萝卜小棒一齐上。把他们笼络住， 由他们把他们的支持者说服，转过来支持马，自然就不会翻船。

你让排第3的Doug Horner怎么想。这个细节可能让她完蛋。
