Alberta needs a leader that can attract more capable and energetic people to politics, government and the PC party. Alberta needs a leader that can bring north, south, rural and urban together into a positive party – ready for the future.

- I will bring fiscal discipline back to Alberta with a balanced budget by 2013.
- I will use my experience to open up new markets for our resources and products in emerging economies.
- I will strengthen our public health system by working to make access to quality services both faster and closer to home in the future.
- I will make quality learning for our kids a top priority.
- I will bring new thinking and attitudes to the issues of environment and energy.
