Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
: ~0 @! x3 q- i8 ^' G$ ^0 j•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
" G3 J% \0 z4 X( m, c•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
4 {0 c) z3 x' q•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
$ h) e* {. T, ]7 g4 s- r/ j•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
0 o9 T- ?6 X  n- Q: {( Q•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:
- O$ h- C. Y6 ~$ T0 Q) g7 ~
' j$ j; v( ~5 w5 k1 W•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
. x4 y9 u9 b( V6 h3 Y' A8 @•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
