Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
/ n4 k  |3 g$ Z# }+ m- K1 Q•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
2 O% W. ?, x' V) ^•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

: n6 s+ t+ y3 k) b4 ~1 c1 p•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
% [- V) [1 [7 x) B" p) T•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
