Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta
Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
# T; U8 [8 v' H' u3 ^# V% e9 l; tShifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:
1 v( d% w6 R2 N0 @+ W4 ~5 Z& K
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
) [& q' a; w9 Y# s( t/ F•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
, d" e* x* N4 X% w•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
8 ]2 k1 H) |; n% i•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
+ M; |1 x9 H# Z) N) \, i•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
3 T  T% T7 X* Y•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
7 d5 P. B+ t- G2 L3 e  h•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
