Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta
Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week

Job Description:

7 V. t4 G9 J8 d% y! B•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
" O# r( X$ x- l# N0 T•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
- M7 b" N" c* Z( ?•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
" T7 [" H/ `) p8 W! y•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
' l5 ~4 E& q  R  M•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
, _% A8 H9 ~; ], E, X- I•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
2 ~6 z+ S) X5 r7 v& a& L. U•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
