Job Description:

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
/ A+ G+ z2 y/ f8 i+ a7 P•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- b$ Y5 f8 Z* `' _6 {& z8 W•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

0 F7 o0 j& w5 c•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
' l' c5 B" f6 T4 ~) Q9 U, ?•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
