呼叫精打，请教地税问题

我申请的自动每月在支票帐户扣地税，前二天收到这一封信大意如下：
This letter confirms the above referenced tax account has a credit balance of $xxx.xx, which exceeds the 2011 tax levy. The credit balance is a result of :
/ t9 B1 Q# U. D; \* ]+ `9 b# _* Mortgage payment of $xxxx.xx applied on June 30,2011

( z& b# s% M  [' x* D请教：这是不是说我的Mortgage里已经包含了地税这块了？今后不需要申请自动银行帐户扣地税，每月支付的Mortgage里已经cover了？
