CPP-O是什么部门？

有哪位同学知道文件被转去这个CPP-O部门是什么情况？

这是ottawa的cic office，他们的平均处理时间是10个月。。所以你是lucky的。。。但是他们有时候也会把file转回buffalo。。。finger crossed
