Employee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers. Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.2 C% \* H6 |. ]
Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities
! y9 p/ e6 o" Y5 O1 _! s• Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.
/ Y4 h" m0 D0 S7 y• Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.; A! j) k( S# f5 y' m( Q
• Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems/ ]) h8 ?' I3 w& G
o Test all new patch versions of software prior to release

• Check all technical documentation for correctness prior to field distribution.

5+ years working as technical specialist for textile laboratory equipment. Expereince with textile laboratory dispensers

• Must have an extensive background in textile laboratory equipment uses and workflow process. Understanding of textile dyeing processes., Z* t! d+ ~" p4 E% B# ?; w
