我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。 P) P/ J' o1 w- K

1 cup Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked) . Y% H+ e9 R; r8 ]- r( c
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
. i: G6 L( J& c( v$ B1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 J! y% Q8 o* T! _' o1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional) - `" K9 ?5 g9 N$ q0 G
1/4 teaspoon baking soda + M# J4 z; Y/ _* l- B
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
5 A3 H. i; h! p+ \' T: ]$ W5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon stick margarine or butter, melted

1 H9 b( T5 {' R# S& G3 r& X3 MTwo 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
0 H1 X% O$ O' L( B) Z1 O3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

. K, Y9 p/ Y& r. hHeat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray. ; J: @$ ^/ y) i9 Y0 E
: @) k, X. z) Q) x8 {0 Y' l: _" TFor crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan.

Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack. ( e* X+ ]/ P1 V0 q
* |; w' W$ T& YFor filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill.

To serve, cut into bars; top with fruit. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. |
