我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。

Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened ) Z, f/ |5 H+ _2 N4 n
3/4 cup granulated sugar

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray.

For crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan. , S( J* G/ L7 f6 d4 `8 |7 S& E

Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack. % |5 u5 m" T+ w4 o1 E
. Z3 d3 F+ m( ?8 v. C( |& p0 B) W' sFor filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill.
