我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。

Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 |! U" c$ U- u5 wFor crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan.

Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill. / a& r% N% ]* F( O7 _; f. s8 U
