我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。6 b L7 y' S4 S3 j$ Q" B

1 cup Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon stick margarine or butter, melted

Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened 9 m6 n) v- d3 o) }1 J4 p
3/4 cup granulated sugar - f. X6 x( e) v% q& U5 b# d
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

( f$ a- S% s8 Q/ j: N& KHeat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray. ! j0 b' o" n/ C
1 z& b7 e- L. h9 `' W: TFor crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan.

4 ^# \0 A8 v* v/ q3 V" wBake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack.

5 X" b# ?2 T, j RFor filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill.
