Sarah McLachlan,是我最喜欢的中外歌手之一，她的歌充满灵气，拥有天使般的嗓音, 超强的创作能力.
在西洋歌坛众多才女中享有崇高地位，拥有西洋歌坛“知性女声掌门人”之称。其歌迷不但是普通听众，更有不少大牌歌星，近来全球狂卖的蒂朵就是Sarah McLachlan的头号歌迷，原披头士成员之一Paul McCartney 也是其中之一。

Sarah McLachlan于1968年一月二十八日出生于加拿大的Nova Scotia。Sarah McLachlan从小就展现出她在音乐上过人的天份，在她的学生时期，她曾经学过钢琴、吉他以及声乐。
在1998年的葛莱美奖，Sarah McLachlan风光十足，专辑Surfacing获得最佳流行专辑，单曲Last Dance获颁最佳歌曲，而Sarah McLachlan更以一曲Building A Mystery荣获最佳女歌手大奖。在本张专辑之后，更加巩固Sarah McLachlan国际天后的地位。

艾薇儿（Avril Ramona Lavigne Whibley，1984年9月27日出生。），加拿大80后流行摇滚歌手、歌曲创作者及演员。并以歌曲〈滑板男孩〉（Skater Boy）出名。她的两张专辑，《展翅高飞》与《酷到骨子里》在数个国家的音乐排行榜上达到最前列。。。
年轻的Avril 是集演唱、创作、表演于一身的艺人，富于激情活力。吸引力是跨越年龄、性别、地域和文化界线的。她的fans似乎没有年龄限制，老少皆爱。即使在遥远的中国，其庞大的歌迷群也是罕见的。
