Please notice that the 91th edition is a French edition. The 90th edition was used in last semester (Fall of 2011). There is no much difference between 90th and 92th editions. It is just some tax rates changed.

貌似不是这么回事儿。。。至少我们老师（Stacy Cooper, CA, nait的staff）说的是，只能用92和91，之前的不是不能用，而是新的rates没有。。
