JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
a+ S* x2 b1 [! d a* v! ^The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
, w- A% B3 R' d( Mwell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
" o4 R- X8 a0 ~1 o! uand judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable/ u3 j/ e3 @5 w. _
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly2 I* M( }5 w R6 v
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations5 A8 p6 Y; B2 h# _
Coordinator.

( e1 I2 \; k" E• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.$ g. l4 t! a S$ h- g& T6 v3 i; X+ t8 ^0 M
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.
! o7 n- s5 E6 o% u& g• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
; f! q" G8 ?+ _% m* p. \• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
4 \; F! N: B! @* y) K• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,* W$ f: B: O3 N, V% w8 w
timelines and budgets: D: ]& P6 e* h/ a( }6 p7 e s9 c
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
% @9 x" }& r# [& ccompany’s business goals and policies; p$ i. G- b( O2 h* g
• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.

: t$ X$ l0 ^' c- g• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
* b) @5 h( e* Z; Q9 _3 H* F5 C• Some field operational experience

• Strong computer skills

4 q% `" }$ ^* v* j9 p补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。4 a7 o! q& g* \; S P! v
! s7 Q/ u" B" m有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。% d) y4 c) m, i, @" f3 [: V
/ v( s& D; m) V: b希望真正喜欢油田和室外工作的朋友申请，不要只是为了临时赚钱。公司希望长久员工，并且提供提升机会。$ }4 o, V* _( V: I
