Tracer Industries Canada Limited (owned by Tyco Thermal Controls) is now accepting applications for a Senior Human Resources Generalist.

• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development. ~" U+ Y# f* d3 R
• Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.; N# O6 i% @4 [3 ?$ Q' m
• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives.
' P: V6 H3 O; P# b5 n, B& E• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.
& p8 o' J0 a; q. `' u• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.8 W9 O" ]1 T, U# g: Y
• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.1 Y/ l/ v3 p$ \
• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).

• Attend and participate in departmental meetings.

Requirements:
" ?8 z" \9 ?* W% ^3 y: N: J/ I• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
! s/ z8 v9 V7 w. ~$ E% `" V+ V1 q• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources.
, k# k( d- `6 f/ n0 D• Strong Union Relations experience required.
/ S, u- z. D h$ J• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.
