Tracer Industries Canada Limited (owned by Tyco Thermal Controls) is now accepting applications for a Senior Human Resources Generalist.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
) v0 ]. Z3 R5 y( U6 S•        Encourage and enhance a positive and professional working environment.
9 o3 G6 Y  W* ?) V•        Foster positive employee relations through effective interpersonal communication with all team members.
•        Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.
•        Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.
7 c- D2 X3 T6 k* Z•        Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives.
" `; Y! Y' R5 |/ j* _•        Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.
•        Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.
•        Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.
' K: G! [! L! |$ O: g$ @•        Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).
•        Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.
•        Support the development and implementation of company forms, policies and procedures.
+ d0 T) P9 T; D8 V4 [•        Attend and participate in departmental meetings.
•        Assist with the formulation and implementation of internal training programs.
•        Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Requirements:
3 \$ _- D% P% S0 B! v( L/ d•        Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
•        The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources.
, d% n2 C& p& c( u6 S/ E•        Strong Union Relations experience required.
•        Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.
; m8 h* D: e* ]1 M•        CHRP Designation is an asset.
