Tuition Transfer--报税问题

子21岁，  已不是DEPENDANT 更据CRA 的定义。

他在U OF A 的学费， 还能TRANSFER 到我的名下 进行 报税吗？

Your son can still be considerred a dependent if he is a U of A student.
Yes, his tuition credit can be transferred to you.

however:

1. Dependant is him or her who was born in 1994 or later per CRA.

3 ?. y1 I) g- Z" V; V) h2. when I use the Toburo -Tax software. I transferred this amount( max. 5000) into my Tax Return, the software ask me: if my marriage was changed or not?

肯定可以，当初我去做报税义工。CRA过来培训的人说她提供房子给她女儿住，作为回报她女儿转5000的credit给她退税。
