•        Complete and post staff schedules
4 c" s: I, `% E•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines. r4 Z5 D& N: F$ h
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
) p5 [% v$ z# H! F) l; p2 m•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
5 e1 o& g, {. [$ G4 g6 d•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date& Q/ s5 |% c( j5 c1 X' y2 \
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed6 x3 Y/ v7 V3 d3 ^+ X. h+ C3 T9 e
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
% W) F! Z: M; ^1 y& z•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
- M& F4 k- q9 u$ z% }* m; ?5 g•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
% Z# T# s, {1 p3 v' W& t•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

Skills/Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school is required6 |# k( e; H" s4 B! q
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
, o# c2 h2 t& J0 QCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)3 c6 e  q) t3 J; t) o- H8 x
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion1 U  V/ D/ ]4 g$ N7 P2 S
