• Complete and post staff schedules
o8 s: T! ~( D! V$ _& }3 Y/ h• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines; l5 X& k, r4 u0 }9 F2 h) p4 p
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management" u) [3 K7 m6 P( W5 G# b) b. b
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff

• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

• Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
