Job Description:
•        Complete and post staff schedules
  o8 s: T! ~( D! V$ _& }3 Y/ h•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
1 T8 E1 B4 P) ~1 Q0 e•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
/ |9 Q' M% F: j2 x•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
" M7 S# a& t4 i8 r! l; u* J! y) {( p•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
* S7 z$ n& K' \( `; ^' M2 C•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily

' z* {8 ]! V. Y5 b- C+ tExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
: b' ^- o: f* R1 n4 Y: g% [. yPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
