Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week

Job Description:
; t( H9 X- \  r( @6 f4 E•        Complete and post staff schedules
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
7 F; H) L$ `- X8 E% X•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
% Y8 y% b1 H4 q6 w  Q•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
! o, ]' h, i8 g% W•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
% A5 N8 x; P4 ~- t4 v; \8 f•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
" |& Z7 c+ u* |( P•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

/ n/ E( K5 t- C, |Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
! P0 x7 \& J# \; e  e# J) c' V( r$ _& ZPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
