  z% N; {4 |) l( [. R1 @; R3 y•        Complete and post staff schedules
7 s1 W" @/ M& Y9 f# n* J; r9 M•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
; Y( ~$ c0 U/ o1 o, e•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management6 f9 M, y5 a% r1 F0 h
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
4 M5 B. R! S2 B7 g3 ?•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
( ?' F/ _8 h( c/ B9 t, u1 c•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
* N* k4 t$ p9 h) }•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
2 T$ x* N; z7 M: ]9 r0 z•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales

•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

Skills/Requirements:
2 m: b& i0 H* P8 T: U0 @# w# t, E2 w9 p
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
/ `# h6 Q" U, I$ x+ R) ]( k: V4 QExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset: N/ [% C- u1 r; a& T: t) ]1 D  A2 N
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
8 C; H/ C, z; x6 }Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
