• Complete and post staff schedules
8 @8 q9 h' F7 ^( P7 o9 @: P6 D1 Y/ ~6 R• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines

• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff. a2 k/ S1 L: l
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date/ L( U% Y5 ~2 g1 O- \# _/ e, L$ G
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed, g: Z$ s8 J( `& ?" W8 J9 K
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees# C) f9 R2 m, B0 L5 l" i
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales0 ~" u2 t3 \- U( g+ d
• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management

• Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Skills/Requirements:

0 d3 D' H& ?) {" m" cEducation: Completion of secondary school is required, t% n* j: R7 x6 ~1 i
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset( S% `9 Z+ A7 |" R; u
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)1 j, m' B5 k$ W8 F) X u( w
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion$ ~9 G# u, R5 [0 ]$ O- e1 `
