Job Description:

• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
7 F; H) L$ `- X8 E% X• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management0 J0 ^, C) H5 n. ~
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
% Y8 y% b1 H4 q6 w Q• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
! o, ]' h, i8 g% W• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed2 \6 G# E# \3 w1 }: |
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
% A5 N8 x; P4 ~- t4 v; \8 f• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales. y0 \4 ]' [. E' F
• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset7 H/ C- N' f2 z3 z. p' ^( `- }
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
