求助 關於薪水

. k: r! O: C% s$ B' ?有件事困擾很久
我即將於今年四月畢業
6 s2 a8 x3 z8 N, f& H3 T1 c畢業前在一家公司裡頭coop
最近公司給我offer
9 O) r0 V- P1 a+ _0 w提供一個permanent position但是薪水跟我實習的時候一模一樣
/ l; H9 z7 M  M然後告訴我明年1月會有salary adjustment
想來想去還是覺得不對
8 f+ g1 s+ f; x9 x8 y6 [  L( N已經不是實習了  但還是領實習Level的薪水
該怎麼跟他們negotiate薪水?
