The successful candidate will:

4 @9 G2 V( |, q+ b, F' |1 z# nParticipate in the software/component development lifecycle
& ^9 b, S/ z' l* u2 d* R2 FParticipate in the analysis, design, code & testing of existing and new components
$ l! D4 T: S& A9 f1 y+ D! kFollow the organization’s software development processes including quality assurance and version control
% I. w+ D8 a+ l1 LDesign/plan/perform maintenance, enhancement, development and testing tasks on new and existing in-house desktop and/or web applications.

+ B/ _/ m5 K* f5 zPost secondary training in Computer Science or Engineering (Minimum 2-Year Program)
3-5 years in web application development
! e6 D) R+ Q0 T' o9 A9 aStrong C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript (Prototype or JQuery) development skills
  R% q/ Q8 q6 b) SMS SQL development and administration skills
Excellent understanding of Object-oriented programming
' _. V4 h0 c8 qExperience with Visual Studio
1 b4 C" ^, @& ~0 W! i% S" z* K; LThe icing on the cake:

  t3 n+ }8 m% T; c6 wKnowledge of REST and WCF
Knowledge of COM/DCOM, OPC, Modbus, Industrial Historian Databases

其实５万工资是一个刚毕业IT学生的起点工资，一般来讲，有本科学历的DEVELOPER起点工资是这么多，只有一年工作经验完全可以试下，楼上要是有意向，可以和我联系，谈谈你做的东西。
5 Q+ D; \' v, T3 [9 F2 x3 W# k( D) z$ kINTERMEDIATE这个活动空间比较大，没有必要被吓到了。我现在做的是SENIOR DEVELOPER和TEAM LEAD，有的公司要求是最少是七年工作经验，其实我工作才整５年，而且这个职位我已经做了半年了，你要觉的自己能力够了，尝试下也不是没有可能。

不要觉的5万工资是那么难赚，其实ALBERTA这个地方，普通找个LABOUR搬家都15-20一小时了，不象论坛里一位大神说的那样，会计毕业给你2万你就感恩戴德了。中国人找工作其实就是两点欠缺，自信和语言，好好准备，一切兼有可能。GOOD LUCK！
