•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements

•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly
Other
•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation

•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach

% ~4 I6 t; U6 W: R•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience

•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience

2 P4 m4 s8 u" b•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience

DESIRABLE

•        Experience with Agile Development Methodology
