This resource will be responsible for the following:

•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
- U% X- {# f1 A7 n/ C) D0 _•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
" p3 [0 h% P" [2 Z5 ~: e' s3 L•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
5 F) e1 j) Q% A5 ~  J3 ?9 h•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
* Z: W% h" ^) r2 U3 v•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly
Other
•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation

; `0 R- z$ Q7 J0 M5 N9 b•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
4 ~$ `. F1 [6 P& n) }% S1 c•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
; m7 t5 Z4 x& J) Q! j$ {•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
9 O- z7 |' h! F/ K& F7 R•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
•        Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)

•        Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source code control and TFS Work Items for defect tracking
