Position Summary:
What are we looking for? We are launching a TELUS TV and Internet promo campaign in Edmonton city. We are looking for upbeat Face-to-Face Sales Representatives that are able to maintain a sense of humor, a positive attitude and an effective communication style with customers and colleagues at all times. Successful candidates must demonstrate personal drive, commitment and positive energy.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with customers
+ g5 L, `8 v$ y3 ~  w* H, c• Respond to customers’ inquiries; research, resolve, and follow up on customer issues
• Assess customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions
3 r3 Z1 H0 G2 d9 L( b1 z• Maintain and update customer service database appropriately documenting all transactions and pertinent interactions
1 o7 ?" R2 ]3 I2 G# Y3 ?• Assist customers with placing orders and diligently follow up with customers regarding their existing orders  
• Quickly, pleasantly, and professionally work with customers to answer questions, de-escalate problems, and determine an agreeable resolution to a customer’s problem and follow through to ensure a level of service that presents an overwhelming positive customer service experience

( s/ e8 x+ |; r  W1 wMinimum Requirements:
• Possesses excellent communication, collaboration, customer service and superior interpersonal skills
• Some sales experience
& I8 t# N3 B8 p0 X7 l) p( o• Very strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, passionate start up
• Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and sense of humor are both absolutely required
1 R# N, v$ b  S6 V" i9 M- Y$ W+ _+ \• Excellent documentation and communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
& U4 m# a4 D4 u/ M• Effective problem solving skills including decision making, time management & immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned
! t) h& V" U" G% O0 Y0 V2 B4 I• Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor when faced with high demand, high volume workloads
2 r& h1 b+ H3 C! B. ]4 W! r4 p- Y• Solid comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and restate the issues the customer presents
. H6 i# ]: v* y( U! z• Ability to focus on and resolve customers’ issues without distraction
7 C; u2 r6 m( X• Excellent composition skills - ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
• Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
; C% `  e3 q7 N  q# A1 s• Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance and work a flexible work schedule during peak periods (may include evenings, weekends, and holidays)
